If you can’t find your answer, reach us via Contact.

What formats do you offer?

We offer live cohort programs, private coaching, and on-demand courses. Live cohorts cap at 12 learners to maximize practice and feedback time.

Is there a good starting point for beginners?

Yes. The “Speaking Foundations” track builds confidence with structure-first drills before moving to storytelling and Q&A handling.

Do you provide corporate training?

Yes. We design role-based programs for teams and leadership offsites. Contact us to tailor modules to your use cases.

Do courses include a certificate?

On completion, you receive a shareable certificate highlighting key skills and hours practiced. We do not claim any formal accreditation.

What is your refund policy?

For on-demand courses, refunds are available within 7 days if under 20% of content is completed. Live cohorts are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.

How much time should I allocate per week?

Most learners commit 2–3 hours weekly: 60 minutes of lessons, 45 minutes of drills, and 30 minutes of reflection and dry runs.

How is feedback delivered?

Feedback is structured around clarity, structure, delivery, and engagement. We use scorecards with specific action items.

How long do I have access to course materials?

On-demand courses include 12 months of access. Live cohort resources remain accessible for 6 months after graduation.

What tools or equipment do I need?

A quiet space, a laptop with webcam, and a headset microphone work well. We provide printable checklists and slide templates when relevant.
